Release Tension, Restore Balance

Specialising in Bowen Therapy, Emmett Technique and TRE® — gentle, hands-on therapies that help your body heal naturally and move with greater freedom.

Our Restorative Methods

Our three complementary approaches are designed to help your body release tension, reset your nervous system, and restore its natural balance.

Bowen Therapy

Bowen Therapy

Bowen Therapy is a gentle, hands-on bodywork technique that encourages the body's natural ability to heal and restore balance. Using precise, rolling movements over muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia, it stimulates the nervous system and promotes deep relaxation.

Emmett Technique

Emmett Technique

The Emmett Technique is a gentle, safe, and effective muscle release therapy that uses light finger pressure on specific points of the body to help ease muscular tension, improve movement, and promote relaxation. Many people experience changes during or shortly after treatment.

TRE®

TRE®

TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a gentle, body-based practice developed by Dr. David Berceli to help release deep muscular tension and support regulation of the nervous system. Through simple exercises, the body activates its natural therapeutic tremor mechanism to release accumulated stress and tension.

Bowen Therapy uses precise, rolling movements over muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia, with short pauses that give the body time to respond and initiate its own healing. The Emmett Technique uses light finger pressure on specific 'Emmett Points' to ease muscular tension and improve movement. Both are gentle and hands-on, and the Emmett Technique can also be integrated with Bowen Therapy.

Bowen Therapy and the Emmett Technique are hands-on treatments applied by the practitioner. TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a guided practice that encourages the body to activate its natural therapeutic tremor mechanism, releasing tension without the need to relive or talk through experiences. You remain in control throughout and learn a self-care tool you can use independently.

No. The Emmett Technique is performed fully clothed whenever possible, and Bowen Therapy is a gentle, fully clothed bodywork treatment. Simply wear comfortable clothing you can relax in.

Yes. Both Bowen Therapy and the Emmett Technique are gentle enough for people of all ages—from newborn babies to older adults. TRE® is suitable for most people and can be adapted to different levels of mobility and fitness.
